Electronic Tools for Employers
- Payroll Savings is offered by TreasuryDirect as a method for your employees to purchase electronic I and EE Bonds. Get more information by downloading this brochure. (PDF File, 305K, Uploaded 10/18/04)
- Payroll Authorization Form for Series I and EE Bonds – You may also request this document in printed form via e-mail for your payroll office. This is the only form available in printed format for payroll deductions.
- Payroll Savings Web Page Banners can be downloaded and placed on your Intranet or Internet pages to link to the TreasuryDirect Website.
Note: The payroll authorization form is also available in Spanish for Series EE and I Savings Bonds.
Note: Treasury is phasing out the issuance of paper savings bonds through traditional employer-sponsored payroll savings plans. As of September 30, 2010, federal employees will no longer be able to purchase paper savings bonds through payroll deduction. The end date for all other (non-federal) employees is January 1, 2011. See our FAQ.
